Return & Refund Policy
As our products are perishable, all sales are final. Any perishable goods sold by Sierra Nevada Farms, cannot be returned and purchases will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event that any item(s) purchased from Sierra Nevada Farms are damaged or spoiled during transit, Sierra Nevada Farms may refund or replace that order. Any decision to do so is entirely within the discretion of Sierra Nevada Farms on an order-by-order basis. Any request for a refund must be made within 10 days of purchase.
To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect all products as soon as your order arrives. Sierra Nevada Farms is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information that you’ve supplied, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.
Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds can only be credited to the original credit card that was used at the time of the original purchase.
